Tis the season of weddings! I love that this bride wanted to do something non-traditional and go with a modern design for her wedding cake. This cake is 4 layers (2 layers of almond, 2 layers of mint chocolate) surrounded in a blanket of vanilla buttercream and layered with fondant stripes! This cake looks deceptively small in the photo - it's actually over 10 inches wide and 8" tall - and a whopping 15 lbs!
